The item must be returned to us in its original packaging and should not have been used. No refund for P&P will be made.

8. Carriage will be by post or carrier at the dicretion of the company which will obtain a reciept of despatch. The company will have no further responsibility for delivery. However, the company will insure goods for the full value on behalf of the customer on reciept of (a) specific instruction (b) a prepaid of 20p per £50 vat inclusive or part there of goods despatched.

9. In the event of non arrival of goods, the customer must notify the compnay within 21 days of the date of despatch of the customers written order.

10. Damaged and shortage goods must be notified to the company in writing within 4 days. Damaged goods recieved by the customer must be signed for "as damaged" or no responsibility can be taken on our part.

11. Customers have the right to return goods within 7 days of recieving them.
